This is therefore one example of when prevention is better than cure. Preventing confusion begins during the first 24 hours of signup. I think we lose a lot of prospects during this time.
Set up a simple guide that your downline can follow until they can find their way around. Label the guide appropriately so they can be drawn to it.
Include in the guide:
-The main pages like the Lunchpads, the Getting Started and the SFI Basics
-A daily work assignment- What they must do each day
-A weekly assignment- What they must do weekly
-A monthly assignment-What they must do each month
Post the guide on your leadership page and send it after the welcome letter.
To avoid unnecessary confusion, be prepared to explain what the badges are in stages, not all at once. it is no point confusing them about a Top Authors badge when they don't understand what a 10 Day VP Streak is.
