First, find out, on a case to case basis, why and where they get confused?
1. Try and explain to them in an easily understandable manner.
2. Clear their doubts.
3. Make them ask questions.
4. See the areas of their apprehension.
5. Again explain to them.
6. Share your experience.
7. Make them view your achievements;
8. Lead by your own example;
9. Narrate to them, how you received support from your Up Lines when you faced simialr
situations;
10. Guide them step by step;
11. Never load them with too much explanation.
12. Create friendship with them;
13. Ensure it blossoms into a trust worthy relationship;
14. Demonstrate to them that you are there only to help them grow & succeed;
15. Always ask them, how you can support them?
16. Never lose your patience;
17. Never ever give up on any one;
18. Always, go deeper & understand the root cause of their worries & confusion;
19. Find out what is it that bothers them & why?
20. Assist & encourage them to the best of your abilities;
21. Motivate them regularly with genuine concern & sincerity.
22. Share the importance of studying the various Training Materials provided by SFI.
23. Advise them to listen to Audio Version of Gery's "SFI Rules of Success" regularly,
24. When they become active, help them by re-assigning your active PSAs;
25. Give them TCredits or Gift Certificates when they start performing & monitor their reaction.
Conclusion:
This is how I have been leading & supporting my Team and I see they too make good efforts to duplicate what I did. I am confident that they will grow and win together with me here.
