To be able to lead a team that is in distress , as a leader, means starting from the basis. Since you recognise that team members are confuse, that place you in a vantage position to reorganise. Confusion can result from information overload, not keeping your correspondences short and simple, or possibly it is due to pressure from you on the team members.
The first step to rebuilding your team is to reflect on your past actions at communicating to each and all members of the team. Visit your welcome letters to new PSAs and CSAs with the aim of improving on them. Revisit all correspondences you sent via PSA, CSA and group Mailers for review.
Next is to read the newsletter on "How to be an awesome sponsor". Get the important tips in it and draw out a plan on how to apply them to your team.
Consult your upline team members for help. Explain your challenge to them and seek for advice. You can ask an upline member to assist in communicating to your team to boost their moral.
Finally, communicate with each team member so that you can understand the best way to convince them to believe in you and SFI vision again. Be patient in receiving criticism. Also avoid the blame game.
Doing the above and more will get you a better and vibrant team. Duplication will be your reward.
