I think that there's some confusion inherent in this question. If you're contacting your warm market, that means you're talking to friends and relations in your social network. If that's the case, you won't be using "phone scripts," you will be talking with each of them about how SFI and TripleClicks can benefit them, each based on what you already know about them. In the case of welcoming new affiliates, again, you have no need for scripts. You will be focusing on getting your affiliates started. I suppose if you want to call them on the phone and walk them through their Getting Started Actions, you could do that with a script, and that pretty much writes itself.
