Building a team where everyone knows that they are valued members and part of something special is a very important aspect as "Communication" pays a key role.
Like any other businesses be it online or offline, prospects and existing customers love to be pampered as such, we need to provide them with the best products and service for continued patronage. Likewise, when we treat our PSAs, PRMs with utmost importance, they feel appreciated and loved. For instance, your PSA won in the Daily Grand or became EA/EA2, when we Praise them, they feel motivated to do more.
Communication to a new prospect is key as it puts the individual on the right path to his/her business . When you have a new PSA,/CSA, we send them a welcome message, ecard thanking them for joining SFI and your team. We then help them start with ease by telling them about the 200 versa point bonus if they make 500 versa points within the next 24 hrs of joining. With that, they would be excited to continue by logging on everyday.
Also, sharing tips on how to be successful in their business would encourage and motivate them.
In summary, when we start having PSAs, we lead by example by ensuring that we:-
1. Send them a welcome letter.
2. Share ideas on how they can be successful.
3. Praise them when they achieve certain milestone.
4. Tell them the importance of logging on to do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
5. Let them know the importance of reading and learnig frrom the forums, ASKSC so as to assist their own team.
6. Involve them actively in team competitions, auctions and games.
7. Ensuring they know the importance of having a Standing Order and the role Tripleclicks play in their business.
