Your question covers two aspects of team building:

- Building a team, where your affiliates are imparted of being valued members.

- Building a team, where your affiliates would clearly see that they’re part of something special.

If you’re a Team Leader/Sponsor one of your most important responsibilities is making your team members feel truly valued and part of something special, letting them know that without them, your SFI organization, your network—and frankly,

Your first contact with your PSA when you send a Welcome E-Card must contain a sincere and warm welcome that makes the new PSA feel special and that he’s just joined a special team led by you.

The next step is to see to it that the new PSA is given extra special attention to getting started properly, with friendly guidance.

Always check in after a few days to see if he needs further assistance in understanding SFI procedures, and offering a one-on-one mentoring will make

Good day Pamela,

Building a team where everyone knows that they are valued members and part of something special is a very important aspect as "Communication" pays a key role.

Like any other businesses be it online or offline, prospects and existing customers love to be pampered as such, we need to provide them with the best products and service for continued patronage. Likewise, when we treat our PSAs, PRMs with utmost importance, they feel appreciated and loved.

How do you build a team where everyone knows they are valued members and part of something special? You have to sponsor new affiliates regularly, build rapport early, and set the expectation within the first 24 hours of an affiliate signing up. There can never be enough said for growing your downline. This is one of my 3 pillars in SFI. Without growth, your network will be dying a painfully slow and certain death! Attrition is typically high in this industry because people don't know how

Hello Pamela, Good question.

What I do is send a team mail once weekly and point out some of the great things that SFI has implemented during the week. I always include my personal email and offer help if my team need it. I also have drafted, some sample emails which my team can use for their own team. All they need to do is include their own personal details and delete mine.

I go through My Movers list regularly and I gift PSAs to Go to those who are working and improving

Each member of the group will feel part of the team if he or she is treated respectably and equally rather than means or tools of achievement.

I think respect and trust are central to building a coherent team, for if a team member does not trust the leader he or she will in most cases perform below par.
In the “physical world” team members can see and talk to each other and their leader face to face and preferential treatment has been known to divide or even destroy a team.

One of the basics in building your business with SFI is that you will realize that you need a team of workers to be successful. It will be your responsibility to create good relationships with your affiliates in order for them to really feel like they are a valued team member.

We must remember that SFI is not a “social” network but is based on generating an income that can set people free of financial worries, but our endeavor to succeed is dependent on the success of

Assuming you are talking about team building as a whole, here’s my few point relevant to our SFI business. But let me just say this, with a good team building skills, you can unite your team members around a common goal and generate greater productivity as an ongoing process helps your group evolve into a cohesive unit.

To inculcate a good working culture within a team, everyone in your team is expected to nurture a culture of sharing. Not only share expectations for accomplishing group

SFI is a business whose objectives are about helping affiliates reach their goals in wealth and financial independence. Every individual has such goals: to improve their wealth and increase their net worth. For every individual, there is always a need for these. This is the area where a sponsor has a role to play: helping their team members reach their objectives.

With the newly published Team Leader qualifications requirement that will come into effect starting January 2016, sponsoring

Team building strategies come in different forms and different approaches. NO matter what strategy you use, be sure that you share your Vision to lead your team with a unified-shared definition of what SFI basically is as a means to achieving their higher purpose.

Having a unified-shared definition can be in the form of a Vision, Mission statement, Business Plan 3 or 5 year design or even a Challenge that you set out for your down-line members to achieve in a month, 6 months or a year.
