Hello Pamela, Good question.
What I do is send a team mail once weekly and point out some of the great things that SFI has implemented during the week. I always include my personal email and offer help if my team need it. I also have drafted, some sample emails which my team can use for their own team. All they need to do is include their own personal details and delete mine.
I go through My Movers list regularly and I gift PSAs to Go to those who are working and improving their status.
OK, so that costs me a bit of money – true. But in the long run, it comes back to me. If my team does well, then I also do well. I emphasise this to my team.
I tell them that once they build up some working members, that they can also do the same thing. If their teams do well, then so do they.
Only rarely do I give gifts to those who do not work. I do make the offer though. For example, I have just received some CSAs from the CSA Exchange. They have received a welcome email and advised that help is forthcoming with team building for all those who actually earn VP and continue to work.
I do not participate in the Special Promo with TCredits Welcome as I feel all newcomers know absolutely nothing about how SFI works and this would actually be a waste. I prefer to welcome my newcomers and offer benefits to those who actually work.
I hope this helps your with your team building and lets your team know just how special you think they are.
