A good leadership practice good friendship and relationship with quality trust, understanding and respect among each other.
Everybody loves rewards. Especially after achieving any success or after completing any Team Project.
It all begins from our honest communication. Human loves honesty too. Starting from our first welcome letter, follow up techniques and the sharings of almost anything.
Statistics shows that replies are very low from our sign ups. We shouldn't give up but just keep sponsoring, because there will be one that will reply. The positive one, and once they do, our communication starts.
Since SFI has already handle most of the training guideline and newsletters, our part now is trying to be their good friend. Enhance communication by wanting to know more about them rather than ourself.
TIPs; Try ask more about their financial goals and their status. How much they aim to receive income every month and their experiences in Business, Sales and Marketing, especially Internet Marketing.
By asking this, we somehow have some good background ideas to start our next conversation and nurture our relationship. By answering us, we hope they are comfortable and can be guide to fill up their profile and goal section, whitelist Emails, upload photo and more... Adding some humour between conversation is also recommended..
Connect with them the next day follow up on their progress allow us to view their conduct especially how far they understand SFI and TripleClicks. Maybe it is also time to mention about rewards (example; a $20 Gift Certificate to create their first sale) within their 10 days also about their FastTrack Bonus.
Get in close contact with them, Email, social media, Stream or SFI Chat.. Guide them , reward them and help them..
I am sure, they will feel valued with how you treated them..
