Depend on you? I would say never. PSAs and CSAs have to realize that this is their business, not yours. You are there for support and to teach. So, none of them should depend on you, in order to see success.
This would be like saying in order to make money at an everyday job you depend on your supervisor to get paid. Last i checked, your supervisor doesn't issue you your check. So saying depending on them would not be the right thing to say.
Now, if your question was how long should you support all of your PSAs and CSAs? That's an answer I can help you with. You should support them as long as you want them to continue to help you be successful. In other words, your entire time with SFI.
In order to be successful in SFI you need to have a productive team. If your PSA or CSA stops working then you lose out on all of your and their hard work.
So continue to support them with answers to their questions and tips to help them continue to be successful and they will continue to shine. In turn, you will continue to reap the benefits of your efforts.
Hopefully this has answered your question and has given you the drive to continue to support your team.
Thank You,
