T- Take the time to get to know your affiliates. Learn about their personal lives, their goals, and who they really are.

E- Explain to your affiliates how the SFI business works. Be sure to note that this isn't a get rich quick program and that they will have to actually put work in to be successful in this business.

A- Apply all of the knowledge that you have gained while learning about your business. Use all of the tools provided by SFI to their full extent.

How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?

So you don't have a lot of funds to invest in your team huh?

Well, SFI has created many ways to OBTAIN the funds you require, to invest in your PSAs.

Don't forget, T-Credits are a huge part of SFI and TripleClicks. Therefore, investing T-Credits is just as good as investing money. Luckily, you can obtain FREE T-Credits to invest into your PSAs through the following:

(1) Play T-Time on a daily basis, every hour if possible. T-Time gives away 60 T-credits an hour.

For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?

Depend on you? I would say never. PSAs and CSAs have to realize that this is their business, not yours. You are there for support and to teach. So, none of them should depend on you, in order to see success.

This would be like saying in order to make money at an everyday job you depend on your supervisor to get paid. Last i checked, your supervisor doesn't issue you your check. So saying depending on them would not be the right thing to say.

When we see that we may not make our rank, we may feel a sense of failure or demotion. It's a natural feeling, in everyone, to feel like we are letting somebody or ourselves down when we don't accomplish something we have set out to do. Unfortunately, we have all felt this way at some point in our lifetime.

Fortunately, we are all still here, aren't we? We all learned to bounce back from that feeling and pushed harder to overcome and not let it happen again.
