In my opinion you should use all the possible ways you have to communicate with your downline.
You have the Team Mailer, PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, Genealogy Mailer which I consider the best. Don't send only weekly mails, send every time you have to transmit a message, you need to encourage your PSAs and CSAs.
You also can use the chat here on SFI's page, you can send private emails as you have your team mates mails in their profiles, use the phone ( if they completed the phone numbers in their profiles), and you can also use Facebook, Twitter, if they completed these in their profile page.
Personally I think the best way to communicate with your new PSAs is , first , to send welcome e-cards when they join the team, then you send them the group team e-mails with tips and advice encouraging at the same time, with your details ( phone number, email address, your link to the leadership page), then you contact through telephone or through messenger the ones who show their interest in the business and are active.You should not lose any occasion to keep in touch with your team, be opened and tell them all the time you want and can help them, ask them what they need, how could you help them.
