Every SFI affiliate would like to attract people who have money to invest in your SFI business and join your team. However, there are some techniques involved to shift from general prospects to targeted prospects with money to invest.
BE CONFIDENT
In order to be confident you have to be very well versed in your SFI business. Know the business inside-out and be prepared to handle difficult questions. Prepare your marketing materials beforehand. You can’t be attracting people with some cheap flyers. A PowerPoint presentation of SFI business would be a good start if you can gather about 10 to 20 people. Confidence pays.
BUILD YOUR NETWORK
People with money to invest tend to be more at ease with people whom they know or invest in a business which has been recommended to them. So get started with some planning and sow the seeds when you attend social functions, meetings, sports tournaments etc. You will reap the rewards in due course.
FOCUS ON THE VALUE, NOT ABOUT PRICE
People with money to invest although they check on the price tag, they place more emphasis on the value of the business which can be derived in the long run. So emphasising on “free to join SFI” or hard selling won’t work with them. Instead talk to them about the value SFI can bring about, SFI products and services. Price will be a secondary matter.
METHOD OF APPROACH
Approach only the people whom you are familiar with. They do business with people who are friends or allies of their associates. People with money to invest don’t do business with strangers who approach them directly.
DO YOUR RESEARCH
Make sure you have done your research before you meet up with your prospects and know exactly how you can help them. Don’t think about how they can help you but instead how you can help them. They want to know exactly how you can add value to their life.
