As a beginner you would get two months from your start date to focus on the following (some with an intermediate finish date) and become EA2:
- Become a Fast Track
- Always remain above Green line in E365 contest
- Collection of 1500 VP to become EA.
- How to build a team?
- How to set up your Leadership Page in an effective manner?
- How to make use of marketing material to promote your business?
- Understand and support the role of Tripleclicks in your business growth.
- How to make use of all communication centers present in SFI.
- How to approach in PB auctions to be successful?
As you advance to the position of EA2 you have to think bigger and act towards your growth. For this you concentration should be on:
- Actively start participating in various options to build your team
- Set your time lined goals.
- Set your budget realistically to achieve your goals.
- Set up a standing order of 1500 VP to be sure of EA2 each month and ensure attached benefits be yours month on month. Put your effort to take you to TL position.
- Build a robust profile page for yourself.
- Be active at EZ Games, PB auctions and win them not only to feature badges on your profile page but also to benefit out of them directly.
- As you are building your team, communication with your team would grow in importance. Be aware of and use all possible ways to communicate and share important information with your team members.
- Understand things better so as to put them in right perspective for your team members and train them to duplicate the process.
Doing this would take you to next level of a bronze Team Leader. Here you have to do all that an awesome team leader is required to do apart from what you did at EA2 level:
- Keep building your team
- Focus on team members’ training.
- Float monthly contests for your team and incorporate reward system for your team.
- Start a co-op for your active team members
- Be a pro at EZ Games and PB auctions yourself
- Make use of reassignment tool
- Use various marketing tools to give a thrust to growth.
Above all be a smart entrepreneur and stay focused on your goals all the time. You may come across various situations in your business, be prepared to deal successfully with them.
