Although it is advised to “work with your workers” but you should never give up on your inactive team members. You should not bother them too much and waste your time but have timely contacts to share information and various aspects of business growth and opportunities to let them ponder and get back to become active some day.
You should devise a different approach with them which may include:
1. A blog write up that contains ways and means to highlight the growth aspects and business opportunities at SFI.
2. Weekly / Monthly Team mails including training material to have successful startup and how to grow their business at lower or no budgets?
3. Providing your profile page links in your mails to showcase your growth and success to them.
4. Your willingness to guide them at each step to help them set up their business successfully.
5. Discuss the plan and path to be successful in their business at SFI.
6. Share new developments that are taking SFI miles and making it one of the most reliable business setting platforms.
7. Share with them various success stories / experiences that are published / shared at the forum from time to time.
8. An E Card to wish them on their birthdays.
All this will take you miles in setting up a good relationship and build an ice-breaking platform for yourself.
With an apt approach you would definitely be able to convert some of them to be active at their business which they once set.
