As an awesome sponsor your role is to provide guidance and support to your team members in growing their SFI business. “Working with workers” is the first and most important principle. If some one does not want it, do you have to blame yourself? No, you should leave them and move on. Don’t try to major in minors. They probably haven’t realized the potential of SFI. Concentrate your efforts on those who still are alive and receiving your mails.
Try to show your awesome work to your live team members. For this you have to judge yourself on the following points:
1. Maintain your leadership by setting an example. Sooner or later they will follow.
2. Be supportive to the needs of your down line from time to time. Their success is your success.
3. Maintain your Leadership page well and update from time to time.
4. Set up good communication link with your team through PSA / CSA mailer, Genealogy mails. Keep sending valuable tips to enforce growth and energy in your team.
5. Include your leadership page URL in your mails to show your work, recommendations, contests etc for your team. Let them see to effect duplication and take advantage of your offerings.
6. Use stream post tab effectively by posting important announcements and encouraging thoughts.
7. Respond to new PSA mail notifications by welcoming them immediately to your team and offer assistance in their start up.
8. Encourage your PSAs / CSAs as they advance in the E365 contest.
9. Show your leadership at the forum and share good post with them.
10. Run a co-op and let them know about it with the conditions applicable to participate.
11. Make them aware about the marketing aid and methods. Let them know effective ways and areas to use them.
12. Encourage them to read. “SFI Rules of Success” contain ideal topics for their business growth.
13. Keep your communication personalized, don’t set it on auto-responder.
14. Have patience; do not be forceful on achievements.
15. In wake of hasty success do not develop dependency in your team.
In the end, do not waste your time on doubtful and non-motivated people. We can only provide the path for them to run on. We cannot take them across the finish line. They have to show their want and desire themselves. Always focus on the workers.
