When we are in the process of guiding our affiliates, in the beginning of their journey with SFI, we are excited to see them perform and be regular and try to give them all we know in one capsule that probably overloads them with information and creates a sort of fear and pressure that they are unwilling to take. Everyone wants to go easy and for this reason you as a sponsor should show patience with them.
After you have sent your welcome letter to have them in your team, you should dissipate phase wise information in order of importance as per SFI structure and their growth.
Once you see them being regular for few days, let them know about the following one at a time with a gap of may be 2 days for them to understand and act.
According to me, first week content should include:
1. The growth they can achieve being regular. Doing their daily tasks and collecting VP starts their earnings from the very moment and can soar higher by the month end. Show them the plan and the path.
2. The E365 contest and its importance being there for them to take advantage for the rest of the year. Prizes that they win, starting from the very first week can considerably help them have a head start.
3. Fast Track Membership and its advantages in the long run. List them the significance of becoming a member and how it would help them in their growth not only in impressing new aspirants but in growing their commission bill by 10% each month.
Second to fourth week of their regular and consistent efforts should take them to the following (probably one mail a week):
4. Importance of building a team and how to get recruiting going within the comforts of their home? Discuss easier methods and let them know about your contribution through your co-op in building their team. Let them know how they can participate and win a growth oriented team.
5. Help them become leaders and also assist them in building a comprehensive Leadership Page.
6. Brief them about the role of Tripleclicks in the growth of their business.
Second month onward you would know your stars and you would have provided them enough to create a strong foundation without overloading them with too much information too fast.
Now you can take them to next level of training that can provide immediate impetus to their business growth and also help in its sustainability in the long run. This would require them to know:
7. How to make use of marketing material to promote their business?
8. How to make use of all communication centers present in SFI.
9. How to approach in PB auctions to be successful?
10. Make them understand the residual and passive income concepts relating to SFI and importance of duplication.
With all the above guidance they would attain a good knowledge but you need to also inform them about:
11. How to set a budget without going overboard at any given time? This would provide them longevity.
12. Why set a standing order at least for 1500 VP? And utilize their efforts and time in advancing further to be successful team leaders rather than struggling to get to EA rank for entire month.
13. Communication as a key factor in their advancement at all stages. If they come across any roadblock they should clear it immediately by not only taking help of their sponsor but any of their up line member.
This is one of the pattern that can be used to provide required information at the apt time to your team members and yet save yourself from the brunt of overloading information.
Remember that your knowledge is valuable and your own performance as one of the key motivating factor. Be consistent and share with active members all that comes from the second month.
