1. Have an information about an Affiliate's profile, thru the badges displayed on his/her SFI homepage, his/her nationality, date joined in SFI, the language he speaks and the TripleClicks product/s which he/she patronize;
2. Bear in mind that, If the good listener is a team leader/sponsor, he/she should know the VP ledger of the said Affiliate/s so he/she may give the appropriate advice/guidance on how to go over a certain item/issue which the Affiliate failed to accomplish;
3. Try to determine the needs of the Affiliate under him/her, so he/she could assist and give the necessary help/advice on what to do;
4. Try to find out the reason for the failure of the said Affiliate to log on to his/her SFI homepage.
