Being a Good Listener does not necessarily mean that you have to be listening with your ears.In fact few people have the skills to listen well with their ears, as they need time to process what the speaker is saying and usually the speaker speaks too quickly to assimilate all of the points being made.
I believe that listening in the world of internet marketing, much of the conversation occurs via some form of text messaging, be it emails or skype PMs etc. This gives the receiver of the information time to ponder what is actually being said. Looking at points from different angles sometimes helps to discover the real meaning of what is needed and so able you to respond more correctly.
So, in summary, "Listening" is really just a way of saying that you are receiving some form of communication. Good Listening, is taking the time to really "hear" what is being said and responding accordingly.
