Good day Alma,

This indeed is a nice question and in my own opinion quite easy based on my call centre experience.

With active listening or good listening skills, you can easily pin point:-
1. What your customer wants.
2. What the issue or problem is and how you can resolve such issues
3. Be in an environment that has less noise and distractions to listen to what the customer is complaining about.
