9. Very important is to have a follow up dialog with that person;
According to Caleb Storkey these are some of the best traits one must develop in order to be a good listener.
Having understood the traits of a good listener and how to develop to become one, now let's understand how to apply these traits in our SFI Business:
1. When your Team Member seeks something from you, allow him to complete what exactly
he wants to communicate;
2. Once he completes, try to realize his situation;
3. Offer appropriate tips so that he will be able to sort out his problem;
4. Have a follow up to ensure he applies your tips and that everything is fine;
5. In on line business, since the opportunity to meet your team members is dim, its highly suggested
to be a good listener when he comes on the line.
Conclusion:
When we show that we care, people will definitely speak from their hearts. Our actions should always demonstrate that we are really concerned with their well being and growth. We need to spend time without becoming impatient at any time during the conversation. When we create trust by listening to them completely and help them with suitable guidance they will feel they got a friend of their life time..
