This new CSA Exchange program of SFI might become very useful for some, if not all, of us SFI'ers because majority of our assigned/re-assigned CSA's came from other parts of the world and speak different languages.
Language barrier is probably one of the major reasons why we, as co-sponsors do not receive any reply from our acquired CSA's. Maybe they hardly understand or do not get a clear grasp of the real message we are sending them even if they use the Translator.
With this new program, we can be given the chance to get CSA's from the same country where we live and speak the same language. We can easily construct any message that we like to transmit to them and feel confident that we will be understood. But the end-result might not be a hundred-percent outcome, but at least we can do our best to send out messages in our own language.
