Welcome letter is sent with an objective to welcome and introduce yourself to your new affiliate. It can be used to provide some tips to succeed at SFI with a care that you do not overwhelm them with too much information.
Based on their goals in life you should state how they can go on to achieve it at SFI. Simultaneously, making yourself available for assisting them to achieve their goals. Provide them with your Email and Skype Id to contact and clarify their doubts.
After having the basic contents of Welcome letter in place you can let them know of the following:
• Briefly make them understand the concept of earnings at SFI and highlight the no. of ways they can get involved to grow their income.
• Signify the importance of daily login and tasks to do on daily, weekly, monthly basis apart from completing their profile and completing Intermediate tasks.
• Make them understand the importance of E365 and being a Fast Track member.
• Mention about the Launchpad lessons and their importance. Let them know they can get 15 VP for each correctly answered quiz at the end of each lesson.
Apart from the above mentioned you can also let them know:
1. Importance of communication
2. About the forum, a place to know more about SFI from other’s perspective.
3. About Tripleclicks and its importance in the growth of your business. Give them brief about Pricebender auctions, Eager Zebra games, Member listing, ECA listing.
4. Importance of regular visits to Training centre.
5. Importance of support centre.
These are basics that an affiliate should know thoroughly to become a star and be successful in SFI. Hence, they become the most important piece of information that should be shared with the affiliates in the beginning.
Although, if you wish not to overload the affiliate with too much information than restrict to welcoming part in your first mail and follow up with rest of the information in next two mails but within a weeks time.
