In my own point of view, either offline or online recruiting has its own best use depending on the ability and perspective of the recruiter.
Offline is best for people who possess good communication skils and have the charisma of encouraging prospects.
Online is best for people who have the expertise in the internet marketing system, the ability to use internet applications and technical-know-how while conversing with your prospects.
But the bottomline is, either of them, the recruiter must have the knowledge of the SFI business in order to convince prospects.
