They should be well versed with the methods and aids that are provided by SFI to build their team. Your role would be to help them understand and implement to their success.
Help them understand that warm market would ensure steady team growth and better foundation formation of their team. Family and friends would last and would be easy to train and to help them grow by duplicating successful methods adopted by you and your down line members. They would easily relate to your success and follow themselves to be successful.
As their warm market would provide them desired stability, their cold market would help them strengthen their team to next level. This would provide them the long term benefits and would be helpful in increasing their commissions many folds.
Tell them about the importance of Team Leader position and how it can help then fortify their team. They can also add on to their team by winning PSAs and CSAs through Pricebenders’.
Once you make them aware of all resources and teach them how to implement them your and your team’s success is ensured.
