Should or not?
I have a person who became Bronze Team Leader in the first month and he didn't even make a blog for advertising this job. He doesn't ask for help and support but he does everything I suggest. Different people have different strategies in business. Building a team is one of strategy here and if it is not the first thing what they might to do, maybe it will comes later! Support them further, there is always something new to learn, even if they are leaders and you are not yet!
