The best way to get my new PSA's up to speed is by sending a motivational newsletter that contains personal actions taken on time and the reward it achieved. There are of course several ways to communicate with our PSAs that can really overwhelm them but i believe the weekly newsletter is expected for great tips and news and therefore read with enthusiasm.
When the newsletter contains fewer writeup from the to do list but more examples of personal actions carried out and and the rewards they acheived, the PSA wil be spurned into action to follow their leader!
