This requires a two way approach on your part, one that relates to your growth and second that relates to your PSAs growth.
In the first part you should be setting example. You should be a team leader first and do all that an awesome Team Leader should do.
1. You should maintain you rank month on month and look forward to higher rank.
2. You should always remain in pursuit to enhance your Badges list.
3. You should remain active in Eager Zebra games, Price bender auctions, patronizing Tripleclicks.
4. Your overall, country and class positions should be better with each month gone by.
5. Be an active member on Forum and post answers regularly in Ask SC.
In the second part, you do what helps your PSAs directly to grow:
1. Provide continuous guidance and support to your PSAs. Communicate well.
2. Give them the required training as per the stage they are on. SFI rules of success can be an asset in their growth.
3. Discuss growth strategies and help them implement those.
4. Set up a co-op to help them set up a team in their initial phase.
5. Make them realize the importance of duplication and show them the path and the plan.
6. Help them unleash the hidden potential of the compensation plan with their growth in their rank.
I personally try to do these things and the results have changed since I started it. The key to success is your active profile and your active support to the team.
