I believe that this is proof that they didn't understand the SFI BASICS and the SFI LAUNCHPAD TRAINING , so I would recommend that they read through all the SFI training again.
Try to make learning the LAUNCHPAD training fun by sending members a quiz question and for each member that answers correctly ( note that each answer should be answered with the reason , example: why is it important to login daily and do your daily task ? Because this way I get the habit of running a business correctly like any other business should, plus to advance my level in SFI to gain higher profits e.c.t)
When they fully understand the training , they will nolonger think that it's a waste of time.
