I almost agree with him!. Like many people here I have a full time job, and can devote 2 hours of so daily and 10 hours a day at the weekends
SFI is not employment, it is your own business, and it is up to each individual to choose how to use their time to achieve their desires.
The points themselves have a value, but if your affiliate already has a SO, then the diference may not be that great.
He may believe that he can better use the time to post another advert,or get his banners published on an additional 2 or 3 sites.
I would recommend that you encorage him to collect the easy points, butt make sure that he catches up with the forums, ask SC and other education at the weekends. After all it is in his interests to fully understand new developments and the full range of opportunities here.
I really don't think that you can tell him that he must collect all the VP's everyday, but you can suggest that, in time, he will probably see the value in doing so
