It is important to acknowledge their point of view about tasks possibly feeling like a time waster then from there continue to discuss what he or she is hoping for. Was there a perception that a task would earn more than it does? Was their point of view of joining SFI as a quick turn around to earn an income? The conversation needs to happen in-order to overcome mis-informed perspective.
It is important to discuss with the affiliate what their main goal is with SFI and discuss how your role may be helpful in achieving their goal.
