Be careful about choosing both of them - these two will present your attitude towards this business. The second thing you have to be very careful about is your blog. Make sure you fill it with useful things, such as directions what to do during the first, second and third month in SFI, because these three are crucial for anybody who has just become a part of this company. Pay attention to updates - an active leader will update his or her leadership page from time to time. Copy and paste inspirational texts you find on the Internet, but always name the author - this will show your team that it is very important to read and learn.
The last, but not least - pay special attention to the part "I recommend". List all products and services you think will be useful to your team. Do not do it haphazardly - be prepared for additional explanation. Members of your team must be sure you know why you recommend these particular products and services.
