You should inspire the team by showing the way how you did to achieve your current position, so that your affiliates will follow you and make success in the SFI business. Without your inspiration & motivation your team will not go in the right direction,which will not benefit you also. Also update the leadership page with new ideas and thoughts so that your affiliates will refer it and keep a contact with you so that the entire team will work together.
