I like this question, it brings me back to a leadership meeting I attended at my full time job.
The below is a generalization of this age group, it does not portray every single person of this age.
The age group, 21-35, is considered as the Gen-Y. The generation that is not tied down to anything. Maybe looking for less strenuous types of jobs to make money but also give them the opportunity to live their life. They like "getting trophies even for placing 5th place", as my instructor portrayed. And, more and more, this age group is seen to be more attached to their smart phones, tapped heavily into social media.
As far as attracting this age group: I would say it would be beneficial to let them know of the many opportunities within SFI. The team building aspect as well as the ability to work with people all over the world. Let them know that his business affords the opportunity to work when you want. An hour or 2 a day is all it takes. Let them know, that once joined, they can use their social media to explode their gateways to all of their friends. Join new groups, gain more friends and gain more opportunities to advertise their gateways.
I hope this helps. I wish you the best of success.
