Definitely keep both your P/CSA's motivated, wanting to engage in SFI! At the same time don't smother them. I would say send them a message once a week. Give them options on how to reach you. Offer your assistance whenever they need it. Remember, they are trying to begin or already have business they are trying to improve too and will need you.
Motivating and encouraging them doesn't have to be difficult, sometimes just an e-card through SFI or a reminder of VP's they need to earn or even congratulations! I also make sure send a birthday e-card on their birthday through SFI as well. Doing things such as these are personable and shows that you care about their successes.
