Actually, there are different reasons why affiliates are inactive in SFI; lack of understanding of the system, lack of time, lack of money to invest, lack of support, language difficulties among others. It is therefore often difficult to understand the exact reason why a particular team member is inactive (unless you are informed) and there is no silver bullet to resolve these problems, but you may adopt the following messages:

1. Ensure you initial messages reveal the exact nature of

Keeping the momentum of growing and expanding your SFI business will depend on how much effort you put in each day and that includes keeping your team up-to-date on the goal of your whole team. As their Team Leader, you need to not only maintain your connection with them but most especially strengthen your relationship with them. Being a good example and maintaining close contact with your team are very effective in preventing them to become inactive.

How do you accomplish this? As I

Hi Khalida,
This is a good question! I think we all, as team leader, have been trying to prevent our team members from going inactive.
Many affiliates have reasons as, too busy, have to really work and/or learn, or not paid enough money.
Many never consider they are given a paycheck for no real work and have never looked at all the added perks as part of their income. Many are afraid of marketing, because they don't know what it is. I define marketing as advertising, because it

An important message to communicate is : "Success is the sum of small efforts repeated Day-In and Day-Out." Their small efforts like signing in today could repeat huge benefits tomorrow. They must not underestimate their signing in to SFI.

You will know by an affiliate's performance whether he/she will become inactive. After 5 days of not signing in and no standing order, I will be concern. I will send communicated messages with offers of help to motivate and bring them

Great question!

The most important message to convey is to show you care. Try to get to know them personally. You can do this by email and/or e cards on a regular basis. If they want to Skype, that's okay, but don't spend too much time. Remember that you are their role model. If they think they have to spend a lot of time in conversation, they may give up. Instead, show them how much fun it can be playing free games and earning at the same time. Be excited yourself and share your own successes!

In my opinion:

1- I would be honest and open with them. Let them know what SFI is all about and what it is not. It is not a "get rich quick" scheme. It is a legitimate business, team building opportunity.

2- Don't push your team members to purchase items so that you can gain commissions. Give them the options they have available to them if they can invest money or not.

3- Lead by example. If you are going to ask your team members to do a set of actions,

Thanks for this question.

Please keep telling your Team Members:

1. SFI Rules of Success i.e

- Become and Remain an EA every month;
- Introduce 5 strong and active PSAs;
- Help them to duplicate the above.

2. Patience, Perseverance and Duplication are key factors for every one to become successful.

The above two are, other wise inter related. As much as you keep explaining and reminding your team members about these,

I believe that they become inactive because of mainly two reasons - they fail to see their potential in SFI and also they are not hungry enough for financial success.

Because of these two reasons, they give up when they don't seem to be getting a head such as - not earning a bigger income, not recruiting affiliates, not retaining them, not making sales etc.. These tend to knock their self confidence and they start thinking that they are wasting their time at SFI. They fail to see their

Most of the people in our team will be inactive whether we send our most important message or not BUT these question is about our message that could possibly cause our active affiliates to become inactive.

I want to direct the question to me and share what will make me inactive as active member of SFI if I receive a message from my sponsor.

1. I will be inactive if I don't see any hope that I can earn from SFI.

So in return, therefore my most important message is

In my short stay with SFI I have started earning a "real" income, I would say almost immediately. What I mean is that my first paycheck came in as soon as I enrolled a PSA who became active with a Standing Order.

I would say that building an active downline would be the idea you would have to ingrain into your new PSAs and CSAs as you get to know them. We are told consistently that you do not have to have a Standing Order to succeed in SFI but my view is that your business
