If I were to explain to my downline or team members why the Versa Points are being reduced to zero at the end of the month, here are my responses:
.) Basically, the Versa Points are reset to zero at the beginning of the month to provide a fair playing field among the newcomers and the veteran affiliates.
.) Resetting VP to zero at the beginning of the month provides incentives to both old and new affiliates. The long staying affiliates strive to retain his power ranking position, hence, he is motivated to create more action VPs and sales VPs. Meanwhile, the newcomers strive to get level with the oldtimers by doubling his/her efforts towards achieving his desired total VP at the end of the month.
.) As a result of more activated efforts by both long-staying affiliates and the new recruits as a result of resetting the VP to zero at the beginning of the month, the executive pool is likely to increase, hence, all qualified or entitled affiliates into this fund will be benefited.
.) Motivated affiliates resulting from receipt of increased executive pool fund would likely result in increased TripleClicks sales bringing monthly success not only among affiliates but also to SFI’s business growth to reinforce its hold as an international internet marketing firm.
.) Resetting VP to zero at the beginning of the month would get rid of stagnant affiliates since most of the affiliates would not rest on their laurels during their previous months achievements.
