Keeping the momentum of growing and expanding your SFI business will depend on how much effort you put in each day and that includes keeping your team up-to-date on the goal of your whole team. As their Team Leader, you need to not only maintain your connection with them but most especially strengthen your relationship with them. Being a good example and maintaining close contact with your team are very effective in preventing them to become inactive.
How do you accomplish this? As I have already mentioned above, the most important message you can convey to your team is your example. Your example as a Team Leader are message in action and action speaks louder than words. If you’re setting an example of logging in once in a while then they will most likely follow your lead. If on the other hand, you possessed dozens of badges such as Top Enroller, Fast-Track member, etc., they would want to become like you.
Here are series of questions that will help you to find out what kind of message you’re sending to your team. It’s very important to answer the following questions honestly in order to see yourself as your team sees you:
- Are you logging in everyday (not missing a single day, if possible) and performing your To-Do List?
- Are you actively participating in SFI Forum and Ask SC?
- Are you consistently communicating with your team by giving your 100% support and words of encouragement?
- Are you actively participating in the EZ games? Are you displaying as a result those attractive EZ games badges?
- Are you employing one-on-one communication with your team? Your willingness to talk to each member of your team in regards to their challenges shows your deep concern and you’re sending a strong message to each one of them of how best you can help your team.
Conveying a message of how deep you’re involve with your team will get them more engage in their journey with SFI.
