4. We have to talk to them and understand their immediate expectation from this business, help them to attain that.
5.We have to show them a way to earn income. Once they get an income, they will become active.
6.We can show them the chances of earning by playing games free or with TCredits.
7. This is not a quick rich program. We need to build a business. It will take its own time like any other traditional business. We need to have patience and continue working.
8. We will be losing VPs when inactive. Once lost is lost. We need to value the time. Every day's VPs are very important.
9.Even a single VP is an important one. We may realize the importance at the end of the month when we are short for a few VPs to get completed 1500 VPs or more as required.
10. We need to emphasize on the value of a VP. It's equivalent to a share in the Executive Pool.
11. We need to emphasize on the value of SFI business. The value of time and money.
12. We need to remind them both the short term and long term benefits of being in SFI. Short term benefits would be - commissions we get every month, the status, the leadership position, the badges, power ranks etc. Long term benefits like residual income, succession to next generation, etc.
13. We need to ask them to read about DTLs, PTLs, GTLs, STLs, BTLs in the forum threads, in their profile etc. So that they get inspired. They need to see our real heroes.
14. We have to ask them to read SFI Basics and launch pad lessons once again and act accordingly.
15. we have to help them grow their team so that they'll start seeing the income. Duplicating is the main thing we need to focus. They can refer ECAs.
