To prevent my downline from becoming inactive, I'd use a lot of cliches in my weekly newsletter to them. Like "patience is a virtue", "the patient dog gets the fattest bone", "winners never quit", "fall 7 times, get up 8", etc.
I should have put this first but I'd send them lots of newsletters as well as regular emails to just check up on them.
I'd also try to answer as many of their questions as I can concerning SFI.
As their sponsor, I'd make sure they have unbridled access to me so that they can reach me at any time. The message here is they are important to me.
I'd show them how SFI can be fun by making them get interested in the eager zebra games and auctions.
Together, we'd build a co-op. I'd also set some targets and give them rewards when such targets are met.
