Please keep telling your Team Members:
1. SFI Rules of Success i.e
- Become and Remain an EA every month;
- Introduce 5 strong and active PSAs;
- Help them to duplicate the above.
2. Patience, Perseverance and Duplication are key factors for every one to become successful.
The above two are, other wise inter related. As much as you keep explaining and reminding your team members about these, they will remain focused. They will never become inactive.
Conclusion:
a) Please continue to inspire them with your successful performance. Ultimately, all said and done, it is your achievements that can keep them going.
b) A leader has to lead by his own example. When you set an example, your team members will certainly follow.
c) Please do remember: A Winner has a huge following and a loser will have none including his shadow.
