The most important message, in my mind, would be linked to the reason "why" they joined our business in the first place. We as Sponsors, have access to all the knowledge from their profile - so we must read that carefully and find out their "why".
Then we must place it in such a way that we are there to help them, by showing them the way as to how they can easily reach their "why". We need to focus on their goals all the time as an answer to this question. :)
