As for your question, I must tell you this:
I am from a country where English is not our mother tongue
(Personally, I do not speak English )
I responsibly claim that the majority of 80% do not speak
any other language except our! (in my country )
But Balkan's Team works very successful , there are many leaders, and one of my Up-line, even last month was DIJAMANT leader, and DOES NOT speak English.
What is my point: you should offer a job and those who do not speak English
I will not say it's easy to do this job, but for those who want to work ( not ) knowledge of English is not a problem. Moreover motivates us ! We work, we earn and we learn language.
Also, SFI offers us translater!
When we enter in our " Online Office " we have available translation!
And one more thing : probably someone from his country , already working in the SFI.
