Early in your Welcome Letter to your new PSAs or CSAs you should introduce the Google Translation link.

You can introduce them to a2a for connecting with other SFI Affiliates from their region. Once there they can seek out the most successful affiliates as Mentor(s) suitable for their needs.
If their desire is to progress as an Entrepreneur they will find the means to communicate and learn all they can. And maybe even pick up learning to speak and read in English.
When someone has communicated poorly in English I can usually figure out what it is they're seeking. You can help!
Sometimes you can communicate something by sending an image via the Snipping Tool. In the Forum we sometimes use images to communicate moods, ideas and training.
Anyone that will not recruit others because they do not speak or read in English has no vision and would never make a good sponsor in SFI. In an International Business like SFI there are no boundaries.
