You should try to recruit PSA/PRMs regardless of their primary language. MANY people around the world have some little grasp of English.
As has been stated in answers to a similar question in the last round of new questions, you should never assume that the lack of familiarity with English would be a major barrier to their success with SFI. Using the Google translator will help get your affiliate started, and being exposed to English from the start will help new prospects to potentially improve their knowledge/use of English. Or you will both become very proficient with translators!!:))
The most important trait for the new affiliate to have is the desire to learn and succeed. This quality either exists in the person, or does not, and language has no bearing. Continue to the best of your ability to recruit new affiliates and work with them the same as if they spoke English as well as yourself:))...
