We need people who could understand networking.
We need people to sell or market our products.
We need people to lead the team.
We need people with patience and have consistency in working daily.
We need people's interest.
We need people's time and commitment.
We need responsible people.
We need people who takes corrective steps at the right time.
We need people who are helpful to themselves and to the team.
These are the qualifications needed here.
English skills are compensated by the in-built translator in our sites.
We can refer Google translator or online dictionary to help our language issues.
We could find people in our own team, a2a members or among the SFI family to
assist each other with language difficulties.
Language is no more a barrier who has the guts to succeed in anything.
Just imagine a person with physical challenges, we are far better blessed than them.

A little adjustments, little sacrifices, little helping tendency leads all of
