The key word is "TRY". You are from Kosovo, and I assume the word "TRY" means local people who may not have the English skills you do. The answer is YES.
Local people are always much easier to support than people at a distance. Also, local people who know you will trust you and respond better than a stranger to your guidance.
Local people can also meet regularly to discuss problems and strategy. This can be a great time for reviewing action steps with your affiliates. All this happens in your own local language and they will really get it.
If it is non-Local people and there was no "TRY" but you just happen to find Affiliates with poor or non-existent English skills than you need a Battery of Tools. (this is also helpful Locally, but easier)
1. A series of relevant helpful emails for PSA/CSA mailer
2. A series of helpful, relevant Stream Posts
3. A teaching tool that helps a new affiliate use the translation tools available on-line and in SFI.
4. A teaching series to help them market TC products to their language group.
5. A good relationship with some key A2A friends or Downline Affiliates from the same language group who would be willing to help.
Hope this is helpful
