You should for sure recruit People of all Kind, language, race, religion etc. because SFI Organisation is international. You should not bother wether they speak english or not because today we can translate everything and free through Googel translater and others. You can introduce your new Affiliates to People in your Team, a2a friends and Forum who speaks their language, many will for sure support you and your Team. You should give every one a Chance in this business and then let them decide for themselves if they do it or not.
