You are their Upline Support Team Leader and the reason you are provided with such information as their Title, Monthly and Total VersaPoints, last Login date etc, is so you can provide appropriate support to them using the Genealogy Group Mailer and Team Mail.
You may not make Direct Commissions from their purchases like you do from your PSAs, but you can make matching VP off them if they become EA2 down to the 12th generation! So you benefit from their success and should help them by regularly sending out Genealogy group mails and Team mails. You should also use the Stream posts to motivate and celebrate them. They have your contact details as a member of their Upline Support Team. Never fail to respond to their mails to you. Their sponsors may not be there or lack the knowledge to guide them, and so you may be all they have.
