The amount and quality of information we give out to our prospects is a very important factor of whether or not we will have success with them. I myself have learned that what and how we talk about SFI can determine our prospects and PSA activity.
I will vote for keeping it optimum length and crystal clear.
You must be aware that prospects are easily distracted. To keep their attention you need to make it clear what is your goal. You are inviting them to start a business.
You should prepare your message and repeat it trough your written or live speech. It is said that five sentences is an optimal foundation in business communication. You should prepare a compact speech that contains relevant information of your offer.
If you are directly talking to your prospect than those 5 sentences should open some more questions. If you are writing an ad or business e-mail five sentences gives exactly what is required for a professional business e-mail. Of course, you should clearly note to your prospect that you are open to answer any questions.
You should keep your presentation of SFI simple and avoid few things, like using too professional language, unclear structure, distracting visual aids or too long, complicated sentences.
The proper length of your introductory content should clearly state it’s purpose and message, what kind of action you are expecting from your prospect. Keep in mind that your prospects are busy, don’t forget to compliment them and thank them for their attention.
