Give them some time to get adjusted to SFI. Monitor their daily activity. Someone that logs in sporadically has a higher likelihood of dropping out than someone who is consistently adding points. Be available to ask questions but let them work at a pace that they are comfortable with.
Then after you see that they have earned some badges and then use their profile to point them in the right direction. Once you've done that it is up to the individual to follow your recommendations. I've been doing this for years now and very few affiliates ever are as consistent as I have been by my badges. While logging in and doing daily activities is paramount if you miss a day it's not the end of the world since sales is the driving force behind your commission check and not points. You can set your financial destiny by calculating the number of sales it would take for your affiliates to meet their financial goals. Make sure they understand this information.
